Position: 1 Position Title: Triage Software Engineer Location: Plano, TX As an IAT engineer, you will be responsible for initial analysis and triage of defects before they are assigned to individual development teams for root cause and fix. You will perform high level defect analysis to filter out environmental/ setup issues, IVI vs server-side issues and move the defects to correct queue (HU, Server, Tier1, Tier2 etc.) at the earliest. You will continuously monitor the defective dashboard, drive defect triage calls and work closely with PO, Eval & Development team members to clarify defects and track them to closure. Create dashboards and reports for management and other stakeholders. Have great problem-solving skills, analytical, tools & development experience, and ability to evaluate and identify issues at a code level. Able to summarize key points and work with others to cut through ambiguity and bring issues to resolution. A history of working with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product. You must be a self-starter with excellent communication skills, attention to detail and a knack for solving problems creatively. The fast-paced nature of the job requires that you be able to work well under pressure. Skills: Experienced in Automotive Infotainmentdomain with exposure to embedded software development in C/C++/ Linux. Knowledge of how to use JIRA, Confluence and Logs Analysis Tools. Platforms: Windows, AS400 Position: 2 Position Title: ForgeRock Lead/ Architect Location: Plano, TX Must Have: Expert in all the ForgeRock products (AM, IDM, DS) Development of the Customer and IDAM specific features Thorough understanding of SAML, OIDC and Oauth2 protocol Experience with custom development of IAM solutions using Java, JSON, SAML, OAuth2. Experience in installation and configuration of ForgeRock policy agents Review and Development of REST APIs required for integration with target applications. Familiar with the following development languages: NodeJS, Spring, VueJs and Java Experience in deploying ForgeRock stack in AWS cloud platforms (specifically in Kubernetes) Experience in Terraform deployment and configuration scripting language. Thorough experience in evaluating and interacting with various types of display Interfaces (LCD touch screen)/Camera. Hands on experience with Microprocessors Job Description: HW design and development by using 16bit/32 bit /64bits microcontroller/microprocessor for embedded system. Owning & maintaining detailed schematics, components library, BOM Requirement and design documents for designed module. Provide PCB layout design guidelines to PCB designers and maintain Gerbers files. Perform component selection taking in consideration of optimized cost / EOL and applicable compliance for NPDs. Provide detailed component analysis, tolerance analysis, simulations. Preparation of Functional test plans and Pre-Compliance test plan for designed module Troubleshooting hardware, debugging firmware and optimize performance. Work closely with test labs for agency certifications like FCC/CE/UL/FM, etc. Follow internal hardware and firmware development processes.
