Please let me know your interest in the below role- Role: Senior IT OMS Business Analyst Duration: 6 months (with extension) Location: Rosemont, IL ( REMOTE, LOCAL ONLY) Interview: Video warehouse management, order management are top in terms of background, they really need someone who can "drive the bus" Job Description: The Contract IT Business Analyst will be responsible for closely working with business stakeholders and technology teams, including SaaS vendors, to ensure the successful delivery of our new order management, warehouse management, and data integration solution. This role involves in-depth analysis, design, and support in implementing the solution to meet our complex operational requirements. Responsibilities: Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, gather requirements, and translate them into functional specifications, including data integration requirements. Solution Design: Work with technical teams to design a solution that includes integration with existing systems and SaaS solutions, aligning with business objectives. Data Integration Planning: Define strategies for integrating data across various platforms, including SaaS, ensuring consistency, quality, and security. Project Management: Assist in planning, tracking, and reporting on project milestones, deliverables, and status. Testing Support: Lead or assist in the development of test plans for system functionality and data integration, and coordinate user acceptance testing. Training and Documentation: Create user manuals and provide training, focusing on system functionality, data management, and SaaS interactions. Vendor and SaaS Management: Coordinate with software vendors, including SaaS providers, ensuring that the solution aligns with organizational goals and industry standards. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the order, warehouse management, and data integration space. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on order management, warehouse management, data integration, and SaaS solutions. Strong knowledge of data integration methodologies, tools, and best practices. Experience working with relevant tools, platforms, and SaaS solutions, such as ERP, WMS, SCM systems, and cloud-based integration platforms. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Familiarity with Agile or other iterative development methodologies. Project management certifications like PMP or PMI-PBA would be a plus. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
