Within an agile pod, Architects foster innovative thinking, drive operational excellence, and lead a team of engineers supporting various applications, including vendor-provided and custom-built solutions. Responsibilities: Partner closely with business units to deliver releases as per the roadmap. Drive and facilitate team discussions to enhance services through innovation. Prioritize, refine, and manage the Kanban backlog/board in collaboration with the Scrum Master, focusing on delivering the most valuable work first while ensuring technical integrity. Create design patterns and documents aligned with supported applications. Prepare Solution Documents and present them to TB (Technology Board) and ARB (Architecture Review Board). Competencies (Project Specific Skills): Agile delivery model experience. Strong ability to provide Technical Leadership to engineering teams. Proficient in Technical Analysis. Experience in delivering AWS deployments using EC2/EBS across multiple regions. Proficiency in full stack development, including tools like SpringBoot and Angular. Strong experience with application containers. Proficiency in DevOps with tools like OpenShift/Kubernetes. Proficiency in multiple programming languages, such as Java, JavaScript, etc. Hands-on experience with security concepts like server hardening standards and security implementations. Hands-on experience with full stack, mobile, and web technologies. Experience in the Financial Services industry is a plus.
