Our client is seekinga

skilled and dedicated Senior PeopleSoft HCM Developer with extensive experience

and deep PeopleSoft across all modules and very strong with HCM specific support. Our consultant will serve as the main point i

n supporting and maintaining PeopleSoft HCM tools and capabilities within a health system. This individuals primary responsibility will be to ensure the uninterrupted operation of our PeopleSoft HCM systems. His/Her expertise in troubleshooting, resolving issues, and applying necessary updates will play a crucial role in keeping the lights on for our essential HCM functions.

Minimum Qualifications (Must Have):

5+ Years of Functional/Business Analyst Experience in supporting and maintaining PeopleSoft HCM applications

Experience documenting and supporting Tax updates is key

4+ different experiences supporting PeopleSoft HCM through legacy OR development and performing this same work

Experience in supporting and maintaining PeopleSoft Core HR, Ben Admin and Payroll applications

Expertise in PeopleSoft HR and Payroll application troubleshooting, patch management, and performance optimization.

In-depth understanding of PeopleSoft tools and technologies related to HR and Payroll, including PeopleTools, Application Designer, and Change Assistant.

Strong knowledge of PeopleSoft security administration and compliance requirements related to HR and Payroll processes.

Proven experience in payroll processing, including deductions, benefits administration, and tax table updates.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT teams, including HRIS.

Detail-oriented and well-organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet critical deadlines.

Responsibilities:

System Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks, including applying PeopleSoft patches, updates, and fixes to keep the HR and Payroll systems running smoothly and up to date.

Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve PeopleSoft HR and Payroll system issues reported by HR staff and payroll administrators, ensuring timely and effective solutions to minimize disruptions.

Payroll Processing: Oversee the accurate and timely processing of payroll transactions within the PeopleSoft system, including salary changes, benefits administration, deductions, and taxes.

Security and Compliance: Implement access controls, security patches, and adhere to industry-specific compliance standards, such as HIPAA and other HR-related regulations.

Collaboration: Work closely with HR and Payroll teams, IT personnel, and vendor support to address complex issues and ensure effective collaboration.

Reporting and Analytics: Assist in generating HR and Payroll reports using PeopleSoft Query and reporting tools to provide actionable insights to HR leadership.

Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, changes, and issue resolution procedures to create a knowledge base for future reference.

In-depth understanding and direct experience with all major PeopleTools elements with heavy background on HCM side

HCM Management: Oversee the integrity and accuracy of data within the PeopleSoft HCM world, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.

Incident Management: Manage and prioritize support tickets related to PeopleSoft Financials, tracking and documenting issues from identification to resolution.

Collaboration: Work closely with HR/Payroll/Benefits teams, IT personnel, and vendor support to address complex issues and ensure effective collaboration.

Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, changes, and issue resolution procedures to create a knowledge base for future reference.
