Req :8+ Job Description The client is looking for someone with an Information security or Cybersecurity background. As a member of the IT Change Management and Adoption team, you will help develop and lead change management programs to ensure we realize successful outcomes on our key strategic initiatives. In this role, you will lead the change management of a program within our portfolio to support large-scale IT initiatives. You will also be accountable for designing and managing dynamic change and enablement programs, acting as a trusted advisor to our business partners, and working to ensure program adoption goals are met. Duties: Craft and implement change management frameworks (process, tools, and techniques) to engineer the people side of change processes Develop change management programs and roadmaps to ensure the adoption Lead the development of a communications framework, strategy, and operating rhythm for communicating with all internal stakeholders including, but not limited to, executive staff, senior management, project teams, business unit partners, and employees Perform and evaluate change readiness assessments Identity and evaluate potential change resistance and develop/execute mitigation tactics Define adoption success metrics for the change before the program starts and measure against post the program's ends Develop partner engagement and management plans, including handling a feedback loop to identify gaps and introduce plans to address and mitigate issues Build relationships and deliver results for diverse audiences including Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Information Security, Products Organization, etc. Develop approaches and strategies for training and leading the enablement plan and delivery Partner closely with IT Program Management to ensure tight interlock to their deliverables and the change plan Skills: Good understanding of change management principles, methodologies, tools, and best practices Background in measuring engagement and adoption to define change management progress, future planning, and success Ability to work closely with external partners and guide them through the importance of change management for Splunk Ability to help drive program change management success by defining the strategic roadmap and tactical plan (including how to delegate relevant activities to change management team members when appropriate) Experience working in a global and matrixed organization in the technology industry, with insight and sensitivity to cultural influences Participation in technology implementation engagements (e.g., global ERP, integration of technologies, etc.) Hands-on project experience in the areas of IT, communication, and training Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Good problem-solving, conflict resolution, and influencing skills Ability to manage stakeholders with effective communications Project and Program management and planning experience A critical thinker who can be a team player and collaborative Solid understanding of technology and systems Experience in using global standard change management processes and tools to create communications and change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Communications, Leadership, Organizational Behavior, or related discipline Post-graduate or professional degrees preferred (MBA a plus) Thank You, ___________________________________________ John Chinthala Technical Recruiter - Fluxtek Solutions Inc D : 832 - 361 - 3756 Ext : 258 E:[email protected] https://www.linkedin.com/in/john-sung-chinthala-7b6b9523a/ Certified Woman-Owned Business Enterprise (WMBE) http://bit.ly/4ey8w48 https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=85482&uid= |
