| From: Mohd Niyaz, Sibitalent [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Position Title: Senior Program Manager Location: Minneapolis, MN Expected Duration: [9-Months] Summary The Program Manager should have a minimum of five years of experience supporting and managing large-scale projects and programs. A natural leader, this person should have a strong talent for project coordination and delegation. The program manager should be motivated by a desire to collaborate, coordinate, and drive project success from inception to completion. Either of the experience is required: 1) Heavy relationship and strategy working with the Transportation business, working with executive and senior leadership focus including presentations and summaries. 2) Managing large-scale projects and programs (preferably finance, non-IT) including initiating a program from scratch and managing. We are looking for someone who has built a Program from scratch and led it Principal Duties & Responsibilities: Collaborate with business leaders to develop a program plan: understand key initiative milestones, interdependencies across various initiatives, and the related enterprise or external communications required Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance Work closely with project sponsor, cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to develop the scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives Manage program and project teams, ensuring program goals are reached Accountable for delivering against established business goals/objectives Work with other program/project managers to identify interdependencies, dependencies, risks, and opportunities across transformation projects Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce status reports for managers and stakeholders Basic Qualifications: A minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience supporting and managing large-scale projects and programs A bachelors or masters degree in business or a related field Preferred Qualifications: Project Management Certification in PMI or other methodologies, Change Management certification in Prosci or other, and Lean Six Sigma certification and/or experience are highly desirable Advanced knowledge in using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project Excellent oral and written communication skills Other important skills include public speaking, facilitation, problem-solving and analytical skills, multi-tasking, organization, leadership, and time management Thanks and Regards, Mohd Niyaz Email : [email protected] Linkedin ID:- linkedin.com/in/mohd-niyaz-362667220 Contact : +1 (936)-310-2126 Web: www.sibitalent.com 101 E.
