| From: Pooja, ICS Globalsoft [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Job Title: Sr. Architect, IT Infrastructure Location:Fort Worth, Texas Long Term Project Job Description: Top 3 to 5 skillsets / years of experience Technical background of cloud solutions (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and providers (IBM Cloud and Azure) Experience in Container/Orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes etc In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience on Kubernetes - especially on Cloud Providers such as IBMCloud, Azure Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) and/or Certified Kubernetes Application Developer (CKAD) is a plus Document solutions, architectural patterns, and best practices around the Kubernetes environment, to ensure that support, developers, and end users have guidance and insight as needed. Ability to Research Technical Solutions with minimal guidance and identify new opportunities to improve existing architecture/address any other pain points Good Working Knowledge of DevOps toolchain/CI-CD frameworks such as ADO, Github Actions Should have good knowledge & Implementation of Deployment Strategies such as Blue-Green, Canary etc Hands-on Experience with Monitoring & Observability tools including Dynatrace, Sysdig, Datadog, LogDNA, FluentD and Splunk (1 or more) Experience handling On-Call Support for Critical Applications, triage and troubleshooting & resolving complex issues under pressure quickly to reduce customer impact Familiarity with Configuration management Tools such Ansible, Terraform, Chef or others (1 or more) Hands-On Experience in Unix/Linux OS, Shell scripting or any other scripting languages such as python, ruby etc Familiar with Networking concepts, Load balancing concepts and experience with highly available distributed environments, Firewalls and TCP/IP Experience in working with Application Servers (tomcat) and Web Server architecture in a large enterprise environment Ability to understand application from a high-level and provide suggestions or solutions to drive better architecture Most importantly, care about others, about the culture around you, and are not afraid of new opportunities! |
