Foster a collaborative and innovative development environment. Design and Architecture: Lead the design and architecture of Java-based applications, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability. Collaborate with other teams to integrate Java applications into larger systems. Development: Hands-on development using Java and related technologies. Review and approve code contributions, ensuring they align with coding standards and project requirements. Project Management: Work closely with project managers to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables. Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and QA engineers, to ensure a cohesive development process. Conduct regular team meetings and provide technical guidance and support. Mentoring and Training: Mentor and coach team members, fostering their professional growth and development. Conduct training sessions to share knowledge and best practices. Quality Assurance: Implement and enforce coding standards, code reviews, and testing processes. Ensure the quality of deliverables through thorough testing and validation. Technology Evaluation: Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies. Evaluate and introduce new tools and frameworks to enhance the development process. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as a Java Developer, with at least [X years] in a leadership role. Strong proficiency in Java programming and related frameworks (Spring, Hibernate, etc.).
