Location: Remote Mandatory Skills: Strong ability to write product requirements and specifications and user stories with clearly defined acceptance criteria Communication skills need to communicate effectively with engineers, data scientists, QA, product and business stakeholders Curiosity and ability to dive deep Healthcare and/or AI experience would be nice to have but ultimately I am looking for someone who is eager to learn, ask questions and manage ambiguity Job Description: In this role, you will be responsible for defining and executing the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our AI-powered healthcare solutions. You will work closely with engineers, data scientists, designers, clinical subject matter experts and business units to identify customer needs, prioritize features and build impactful AI products. Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for our AI products from ideation to launch to iteration. Conduct market and user research to understand customer needs and pain points. Communicate effectively with all stakeholders and senior leadership on product roadmap, strategy and vision. Work closely with engineering, data science, design, and QA teams to deliver high-quality AI products. Write product requirements and specifications and user stories with clearly defined acceptance criteria. Define and track key performance indicators and success metrics. Manage the product backlog, prioritize features and identify risks and dependencies. Gather and incorporate feedback from customers, users, and stakeholders to inform product decisions and improvements. Partner with onshore and offshore teams to triage user reported issues and gather feedback from users. Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree. 5+ years of product management experience. Proven track record of building and shipping technical products. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field. Strong understanding of AI technologies, methodologies, and best practices. Experience in working with healthcare data, standards, regulation and compliance.
