| Job Title: AI Engineer Location: Remote Duration: 12 Months In addition to this candidate should be more hands-on building LLM models and have experience in gen AI The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of AI and machine learning algorithms and the ability to design, develop and deploy AI solutions that address business problems. They will have excellent programming skills and be proficient in at least one of the major programming languages used in AI such as Python, Java, or C++. Responsibilities: Design and develop AI and machine learning algorithms and models that meet business requirements. Develop scalable and efficient algorithms and models that can be deployed in production environments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business problems and develop AI solutions to address them. Build and maintain data pipelines and infrastructure to support AI solutions . Evaluate and improve existing AI solutions to ensure optimal performance and accuracy. Develop and maintain documentation for AI-based solutions. Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in AI and machine learning. Develop and implement best practices for data management and model training. Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. Conduct experiments and analyses to evaluate the performance of AI solutions. Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field 7 - 10+ years of experience in AI and machine learning Proven track record of designing and developing AI solutions in a production environment. Experience with programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++ Strong knowledge of deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop and Spark Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Familiarity with data analysis tools such as SQL, Tableau, or PowerBI. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work in a team environment. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
