We are seeking an experienced and talented Informatica Customer 360 Technical Architect to join our team. As an integral member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and optimizing the Informatica Customer 360 platform to meet our business needs. You will be responsible for leading technical architecture initiatives and ensuring that the platform aligns with our business objectives and customer engagement strategies.

Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership:

 Provide expert guidance and technical leadership in the design and implementation of the Informatica Customer 360 platform to ensure it supports our organization's goals and objectives.

Solution Design:

 Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into scalable, efficient, and well-architected solutions using the Informatica Customer 360 platform.

**Determine Data Model.   Determine Screen Layouts.  Determine business rules.  Determine workflow steps.   Set all of these up in Informatica Customer 360. 

Architecture Development:

 Develop, document, and maintain the Informatica Customer 360 architecture, including data models, integration designs, security protocols, and best practices.

Integration:

 Lead integration efforts with various data sources, applications, and systems to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and availability within the Informatica Customer 360 platform.

Performance Optimization:

 Identify opportunities for performance improvements and lead efforts to optimize the platform for speed and scalability.

Data Governance:

 Establish and maintain data governance practices to ensure data quality, compliance, and security within the Informatica Customer 360 environment.

Security and Compliance:

 Ensure that the platform adheres to industry standards and security best practices, implementing robust security measures to protect sensitive customer data.

Vendor Collaboration:

 Work closely with Informatica and other technology vendors to stay informed about product updates, patches, and new features that can benefit the organization.

Team Collaboration:

 Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, developers, data scientists, and business analysts, to ensure successful project delivery.

Documentation:

 Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for the Informatica Customer 360 platform, including architecture diagrams, data flow documentation, and best practices.

Must Have:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

8+ years of experience

Minimum of 3 Informatica Customer 360 Implementations

Must have 1 Customer 360 Informatica Cloud SaaS

Determine Data Model for Informatica Customer 360

Determine business rules around Informatica Customer 360 data model

Determine screen layouts and set up those layouts for Informatica Customer 360, working with User Community directly to understand, document and meet the needs

Determine the workflow steps around customer Master Data in Informatica Customer 360, working with User Community directly to understand, document and meet the needs.   Then setup those workflows in Informatica Customer 360

Must have done implementation with over 100 million customer records

Proven experience as an Informatica Customer 360 Technical Architect. 

In-depth knowledge of the Informatica Customer 360 platform and its capabilities.

Strong expertise in data integration, data quality, and data governance.

Proficiency in data modeling and database design.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Familiarity with data security, compliance, and privacy regulations

Informatica certification is a plus.
