Technical Skills: Very strong in Salesforce and has played the Architects role for minimum 5+ years Should be able to modify/ plan for Salesforce the data model. Should have experience in Salesforce integration and conversions. Implement the technical best practices and solutions Very Strong Salesforce Admin and Development skills Excellent communication and customer handling skills. Experience with data migration projects. It is a MUST. Experience with SOQL and SOSL queries. It is a MUST. Experience with Salesforce Reports and Dashboards. It is a MUST. Experience in Apex, Lightning Components, LWC and REST Integration Experience with gathering requirements from Customer and managing offshore team Working knowledge in REST, SOAP API , Apex data loader, platform events Must have experience in SFDC Configuration including but not limited to Object creation, Flows, Approval Process, Validation Rules, Security Model, Data loader, Deployment etc. Must have hands on Customization Apex Triggers, Apex Class, Batch Apex, Schedule Apex, Test Class. Process Skills: Perform Code Review and Code Optimization on Lightning Components. Implement Salesforce Lightning Industry Best Practices Create Technical design from Functional design/Requirement Able to troubleshoot with debugging skills Must Perform Configuration and Customization. Feedback My Evaluation Comment: LDV Having knowledge in legacy migration, data archival and purging activities. Also, worked on Heroku integration for the data archival. But expectation was to go in depth of complexity, challenges, and resolutions salesforce platform perspective. Integrations Having experience in REST API and knowledge in Platform Events, CDC, Integration Patterns. But expectation was to discuss in detail, provide multiple approaches and choose the appropriate approach solution among it to design solution. Design & Solutions Having knowledge and experience in Designing and solutioning on business requirement.
