Job Description: We are seeking a talented and experienced Development Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in Apigee-based frameworks, Node.js, Oracle, and preferably Java Spring Boot. This role will involve leading and coordinating a team of developers, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality, scalable, and efficient software solutions. Responsiilities: Lead a team of developers in the design, development, and implementation of robust and scalable solutions within the Apigee-based framework, Node.js, Oracle, and Java Spring Boot environments. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, priorities, and timelines, ensuring effective communication and coordination throughout the development lifecycle. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and excellence. Conduct code reviews and quality assurance checks to ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and industry guidelines. Participate in the design and architecture of software solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals, scalability, and performance requirements. 6Identify and address technical challenges and issues, proposing effective solutions and strategies to optimize system performance and functionality. 7Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, implementation plans, and user guides, ensuring clear and comprehensive communication across teams. Qualifications: Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience as a Development Lead with expertise in Apigee-based frameworks, Node.js, Oracle, and Java Spring Boot. Strong proficiency in software development methodologies, tools, and best practices, with a focus on delivering high-quality, scalable, and efficient solutions. Hands-on experience in designing and developing applications within the Apigee platform and integrating with Node.js, Oracle, and Java Spring Boot technologies. Excellent understanding of database management and optimization within Oracle environments. Proficiency in Agile development methodologies and a strong commitment to delivering results within tight deadlines. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve project objectives and goals.
