PeopleSoft Developer Duration of Engagement: 12 months (with opportunity for extension) Location of Engagement: NY State Local Retirement System, 110 State Street, Albany, NY 12236 Work Arrangement: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM. Candidate will need to work onsite for the first 30 days of the engagement. After the first 30 days, a remote schedule may be arranged. Description: Provide expertise and recommendations to support information security initiatives. Implement information security procedures and processes, risk management and remediation activities, as well as monitoring and reporting for compliance. Implement security control audit plans. Implement Audit Vault FGA polices and alerts. Improve monitoring and detection capabilities. Create complex SQLs to determine separation of duties conflicts. Create and maintain SQL library. Create Audit Vault alerts. Mandatory Qualifications: Six or more years of application development experience with PeopleSoft using at least three of the following toolsets: XML, PeopleSoft SQR, PeopleTools, PeopleCode, PSQuery, Data Mover, Application Engine, and Component Interface. Six or more years of experience in using SQL over PeopleSoft Data Structures. Four or more years of experience in using PeopleTools 8.x and higher. Four or more years of experience conceptualizing and transforming business requirements into design documents with associated test plans and documentation. Three or more years of experience developing collaborative solutions and troubleshooting issues between functional and technical teams. Three or more years of experience providing knowledge transfer on new technologies and/or the developed application to other application developers. Working knowledge of: Information Security (CIA triad, Information Classification, Risk Management) Information Security Frameworks (NIST Cyber Security Framework, CIS Controls) Vulnerability Management.
