Client: Restaurant Brand International Role: Zen Desk Integration Consultant Location : Miami,FL Bill Rate: $60/hr on c2c Job Responsibilities Study the CRM system to support various business and technology needs. Use technical knowledge to identify areas to improve. Provide flexible solutions to complex business problems using our technology practices. Maintenance of current custom integrations. Changing current custom integrations to Zendesk approved integations. Building new integrations between Zendesk and Qualtrics, Sprinklr and Zendesk. Monitor, test and implement Triggers, Automation and Workflows. Integrate 3rd party applications or the integration of additional systems. Support, Implement and/or optimize the following channels: Messaging and Social, Talk and Email, Bots, and automation. Required Skills 12 -15 plus years of Experience in Application Development Project 5+ years of Zendesk experience across all channels (Messaging and Social, Talk and Email, Bots and automation) Strong understanding of the Zendesk platform, with the ability to build custom apps and custom objects, custom fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexit Working knowledge of Developer tools including Creation, CRM apps and APIs is a plus.
