Title: BA Sterling OMS Business Process Modelling Location: REMOTE JOB Description: Business Analyst, plays critical role in leading and managing the technical aspects of our online ordering and fulfillment project, ensuring its successful execution. Responsible for building, mentoring, and managing a team of technical professionals, providing guidance and support. Business Process Modelling experience required. Oversee the utilization and integration of Shopify, Sterling OMS, BY WMS, Kafka, and Node JS for seamless online ordering and fulfillment. Responsibilities: Lead and manage the technical aspects of the online ordering and fulfillment project, ensuring its successful execution. Build, mentor, and manage a team of technical professionals, providing guidance and support. Oversee the utilization and integration of Shopify, Sterling OMS, BY WMS, Kafka, and Node JS for seamless online ordering and fulfillment. Manage and optimize the integration processes, ensuring efficient communication and data flow between systems. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly, maintaining system reliability. Monitor system performance, implement improvements, and ensure high availability. Collaborate with vendors and third-party service providers to maintain system functionality. Maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, processes, and procedures. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Master's degree preferred. Minimum of 8 years of experience in a technical management role, preferably in the field of online ordering and fulfillment. Demonstrated expertise with Shopify, Sterling OMS, BY WMS, Kafka, and/or Node JS . Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
