| From: Aditya Kumar, Stellent It [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Job Title FCCS & EDMCS Oracle Implementation EPM Analyst Location Remote Duration Long Term Job Description FCCS & EDMCS Oracle Implementation EPM Analyst We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced FCCS Implementation EPM IT Lead to support the implementation of a large-scale enterprise ERP and EPM transformation project. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the successful adoption of Oracle Financial Close and Consolidations (FCCS) while possessing a strong foundational background in Financial Close activities, SEC reporting and intercompany eliminations. While prior Oracle FCCS/EDMCS implementation experience is beneficial, candidates with expertise in other platforms such as OneStream, Planful/Host are also encouraged to apply. Responsibilities: Strategic Partnership: As an integral member of the implementation team, you will serve as a strategic thought partner, bridging the gap between the Financial Close business lead, and the implementation partner. You will work closely with a business leader to understand their requirements and help translate them into effective EPM solutions. Standardization and Best Practices: Drive standardization initiatives across all business segments by recommending and implementing best practices in Close processes and EPM tools. Leverage your expertise to optimize the close, intercompany eliminations, and reporting processes for enhanced efficiency and accuracy. Business Process Design: Provide insights and guidance to business stakeholders on process design, ensuring alignment with industry standards and best practices. Collaborate with the implementation partner to translate business requirements into robust EPM system configurations. Process Efficiency and Improvement: Identify opportunities for process efficiency and design new processes to streamline reporting. Implement process automation where appropriate to improve overall efficiency and reduce manual efforts. Historical Data and Financial Data Reconciliation: Devised a comprehensive historical data conversion strategy, manage mappings of legacy systems, and facilitate financial data reconciliation efforts between legacy systems and Oracle. Project Management and Timelines: Actively drive the implementation timeline, ensuring that project milestones are met in a timely and efficient manner. Provide proactive communication to stakeholders on project status, risks, and mitigation strategies. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred. Strong background in close processes, ideally with experience in large enterprises. Prior experience with Oracle FCCS/EDMCS implementation is a plus, but not mandatory. Must have a strong understanding of EPM tools and methodologies. Familiarity with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) to ensure compliance in financial processes. Understanding of audit processes, internal control frameworks, US regulatory reporting requirements, and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance standards. Knowledge of foreign currency translations and their impact on financial reporting. Proven ability to work as a liaison between business users, finance teams, and IT/implementation partners. Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Experience in driving process improvements, process standardization, and process automation is highly desirable.
