Po sition : SAP HANA Developer Location: Atlanta, GA(Hybrid) Duration: 6-month+ Job Description L ead the reporting & analytics development across all the workstreams; drive decisioning and approval of business requirements and functional specifications ensuring that optimal architecture principles and plans are executed against for ~300+ reporting solutions. S olve complex problems by designing or modifying technology architecture and testing the integration of software in these designs for correct functionality. L ead for the design, development, implementation, training and support of the SAP S/4 Reporting and analytics (R & A) solutions. C oordinate activity across implementation partner, business resources to support development of SAP S4 reporting & analytics solutions. L ead SAP S4 R&A solution architect and thought leader to help transform the business with the SAP S4 solution. L ead for pre and post support of the SAP S4 reporting & analytics solutions. L ead reporting and analytic solutions troubleshooting issues. S upport the implementation of governance for the reporting and analytics solutions. W ill lead SAP S4 Reporting & Analytics solution development. Lead SAP S/4 report and analytics support team onshore and offshore. Collaborate with business resources on business requirements. Lead the translation of business requirements to technical designs for development. Troubleshoot issues and develop solutions. AWS Cloud experience is a must to have for this. Learn business processes for SAP S/4 Reporting & Analytic solutions. Motivate and mentor business and functional team members to help them develop their skills and competency. Gather requirements, designing the future state solution, testing, change management and post implementation support. Determine when to use configuration vs. code as well as advanced troubleshooting skills. Minimum 5 years experience in leading development support or developing SAP S4 HANA Reporting design, implementation, delivery and support and experience. Experience in reporting solutions for SAP modules: Order To Cash, SAP-Sales and Distribution, Finance and Controlling, Order Management, Logistics and Supply Chain. Detail oriented, self-directed and have strong independent problem-solving skills. Works well with teams or in a team environment, with the ability to work independently. Experience with master data and transactional data for reporting. Experience with data ETL and profiling/cleansing Particularly good skills in designing, configuring, and troubleshooting issues for reporting. Should have work experience in onsite/offshore model in terms of delivery. Successful teamwork experience and demonstrated leadership abilities are required. Proven team leadership, mentoring, and project management skills. Previous supervisor and/or leadership experience desired. Good academic record.
