| Need 14+ yrs profiles only Designation should be "Product Owner Or Business Analyst" Design Thinking Consultants Grand Rapids, MI-Onsite from day 1 Key Responsibilities Develop design thinking project plan, key activities, project charter and execute pre-workshop, workshop and post-workshop activities Perform necessary research (secondary or primary as required) and apply experience to come up with best practices in the chosen business function Lead kick off meetings, process owner interactions, deep dive sessions, process walkthroughs, workshop agenda etc. Develop necessary artifacts and workshop materials inventory and coordinate with the clients logistics/ program management teams Conduct engaging design thinking workshops using various props/ audio-visuals aids to empathize, ideate, reimagine and solve complex problems with a human-centric approach Facilitate collaborative working sessions fostering a culture of open communication, participation, mutual respect, challenging status quo, and out of the box thinking Build consensus, sketch customer journeys, define personas, and translate User Empathy into journeys and personas Identifying persona and journey-specific pain areas and assist in developing solution concepts and prototypes Document the findings, perform required analyses to build hypotheses and observations Steer for comprehensive solutions across people, process, technology and data dimensionMaintain good executive presence, and bring in strategic thinking + digital savviness for building effective solution roadmaps Skills Project Management skills and Business Analyst skills Workshop facilitation skills with a minimum of 20 cross-functional participants Excellent storytelling skills, executive communication, presentation skills and ability to connect the dots and correlate Hands-on experience with any of the Journey Mapping tools like UXPressia, Figma, Mural etc. Strong documentation skills using Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio and PPT Broad understanding of various Digital Transformation levers like RPA, collaboration tools, AI/ML, Data Visualization, etc. Qualification Degree in Engineering, Science or Humanities Desirable: Design Thinking certification from any reputed university or institute Desirable: Lean/ Six Sigma certification (Green Belt/ Black Belt) Needs to be ready to travel to client location as required Rajesh Potlapelli https://www.linkedin.com/in/rajesh-potlapelli/ https://www.linkedin.com/groups/9142054/ [email protected] / [email protected] -- Keywords: artificial intelligence machine learning information technology Michigan |
