Looking for local candidates ONLY. , , -, Contract to Hire- Must release candidate without no extra cost Lead Product Manager Analytics The Lead Product Manager will be part of a team that is responsible for leading product initiatives in NextGen Architecture of Tomorrow that spans across Quoting-Billing workspace in modernizing new Rate Structures and Modifiers that would help customer and balance load across network and be cost effective for both parties as well. Analytics group will be helpnig aid the Business Owners/Marketing-Sales in identifying Customers to onboard to New Rate Structures and also to entice Customers to ship more leveraging Modifiers (Discounts) on our off-days. Lead Product Manager will work with Business and Analytics Team to establish the ask out of the Analytics team. Lead Product Manager is one who has good Data Analytics background to be able to understand the Data Observations from Scrum Team to Business Owners to translate those into requirements for successful Responsibilities Develop and maintain the strategic vision for the product including working with stakeholders on their vision and priorities. Synthesizes customer needs into strategies, requirements, roadmaps and OKRs. Excellent Understanding of Data Analytics approaches. Ability to rationalize Data gaps and build capabilities to fill those gaps. Ability to provide Data backed recommendations to Business to increase revenue opportunities. Ability to work with Data Tools to propose recommendations to Business. Maintain & prioritize TFS/ADO Epics-Features and ensure any new feature is prioritized against existing backlog.
