| Role: Data Analyst (No H1B) Location: Boston, MA (Local) Requirements: Strong problem-solving, with demonstrated expertise identifying, scoping, breaking down, and resolving complex problems through structured processes. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong PowerPoint presentation skills are a must. Demonstrated understanding of project management principles and practices coupled with the ability to coordinate numerous projects simultaneously to successful completion. Familiarity with agile principles and practices along with experience in working in an agile environment and strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle. Confident in taking ownership of work streams with high-level direction and guidance and producing proposed plans of action in a self-driven manner. Ability to work on multiple initiatives and/or workstreams simultaneously. Extremely well organized. Strong relationship building capabilities with a strong customer service orientation and thenability to understand customer needs. Strong knowledge of Project Management tools along with the MS Office suite of products. Familiarity with projects involving cloud platforms is a plus. Experience working in a government healthcare agency, other public sector environment, health plan or provider settings. Familiarity with the Massachusetts health care landscape, including key healthcare stakeholders such as payers, providers, and consumer representatives is a plus. Project Management Professional (PMP) Certificate a plus.
