This will be a long term contract that will sit On-site Tuesday/Thursday in Charlotte's reputable South-End neighborhood. Please note, an In-person interview will be required. Responsibilities Coordinate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to elicit functional requirements, and flowcharts, modeling those requirements in an organized manner and communicating those requirements throughout the SDLC. Understand the data model and architecture and define data structures to enable the system functionality. Convert roadmap features into workable user stories Write clear and well-structured user stories and documentation. Demonstrate strong ability to evaluate project complexity, assumptions, constraints, and dependencies Identify & implement process improvements to support efficiencies in the all-phase phases of the projects. Assist the Quality Assurance team with execution of systematic and ad-hoc test cases Communicate and validate requirements with relevant stakeholders Liaison between the Business and Technology teams Analyze process issues and bottlenecks to make improvements Manage the priorities quickly and effectively as circumstances dictate to work in an Agile framework environment Understanding of API development & Enterprise solutions Build and maintain a sprint backlog (refined at least 2 sprints out) for upcoming development Work with engineering and support to improve the development teams efficiency Strong presence with ability to interact with and influence stakeholders Keywords: active directory |
