| From: Suma, RuriSoft LLC [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Hypercare Lead Location: Purchase, NY/Remote Need H1B only on C2C Job Requirement: 8-10 years SAP ECC /S/4 HANA Hypercare Lead Demonstrated 6-8 years experience in S/4 multi-sites rollouts hypercare planning, cutover / hypercare execution, monitoring the hypercare progress and run hypercare command Center. Plan and lead daily hypercare status calls with multiple work-streams / stakeholders at all levels - Clients business / IT / Service providers deployment team. Experience in at least 2 end to end implementation of S/4 global programs (helps keep hypercare in perspective) S/4 functional experience in at least one of the modules OTC or MM/WM Be able to work with functional, technical team to do RCA Root Cause Analysis, create proactive actions based on root causes identified. Good communication, articulation Experience in hypercare status reporting, dashboards, metrics. Familiarity with hypercare exit criteria. Comfortable in connecting with stakeholders from business / IT at all levels.
