Role: Requirements Management Engineer Location: Bloomfield Hills, MI (Onsite) Duration: Long Term Responsibilities: Gather and analyze requirements from stakeholders. Develop and manage requirements documentation. Ensure requirements quality by reviewing and updating requirements. Ensure compliance with ASPICE standard. Collaborate with the development team. Manage changes to the requirements throughout the development process. Support product verification and validation. Required skills and experience: Experience with requirements management tools. Familiarity with Systems and Software development process Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in a global team environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Attention to detail and accuracy. 5+ years of experience in the Automotive or related Industry. Preferred skills and experience 5 years of experience in systems engineering. Experience with ASPICE compliant products. Experience with JAMA tool. Audio systems experience is a plus. Understanding SW testing is a plus. Education and Language requirements Bachelors Degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical or Software Engineering Must be fluent in both Spanish and English.
