This person should be ITIL v4 certified and have real world experience assessing and implementing Service Catalog, Incident, Request, Problem, Change, and Release management at a minimum. ITSM would utilize this resource to evaluate existing processes, identify gaps in workflow and process and provide relevant recommendations for improvement. Knowledge/Skills: - ITIL v4 Practice Manager or Managing Professional certification - Experience working with stakeholders at various organization levels to gather requirements and information required to analyze and develop recommendations related to ITIL practices - Experience implementing ITIL methodologies for the following ITIL practices: Service Catalog, Incident, Request, Problem, Change, and Release management - Demonstrated ability to analyze existing business processes, identify gaps, and work with relevant stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to communicate complex technical ideas to audiences with various levels of technical knowledge Question 2 Please list candidate's email address.
