Try to send local candidate Job Description: Main Skill: ExaCC and need Lead type of candidate who are managing 35+ Team What Youll Do: Responsible for managing the Oracle Exadata Cloud at Customer (ExaCC) environment. Experience in supporting database migrations, upgrades, patching, performance and tuning as well as automating with Ansible. Should also have a strong background in OCI and Observability and Monitoring. Manage the Oracle Exadata Cloud at Customer (ExaCC) environment. Perform analysis and end-to-end execution from roadmap to implementation of ExaCC database consolidations, migrations, conversions, and upgrades. Develop best practices for performance and tuning. Automate tasks using Ansible or other automation tools. Monitor the environment using OCI and Observability tools. Lead, mentor and coach30+ team (Onsite + Offshore) What You Bring: 10+ years of experience in Oracle Database Administration. 3+ years of experience in managing Oracle Exadata Cloud at Customer (ExaCC) environment, Project & Client Management Experience is required. Strong technical, architectural experience along with strong management experience for managing clients and team of 30+ in a high-pressure environment. Experience in handling and supporting enterprise, high profile, mission critical and dynamic 24x7 large-scale Oracle environments with high availability and scalable performance requirements. Experience in supporting database migrations, upgrades, patching, performance and tuning. Cloning of databases and automation procedures. HA and DR concepts and options including RAC, OKV, Data Guard, ASM and other replications strategies. Knowledge of Backup and Recovery - RMAN including exposure to plan and strategize backup and recovery operations. Work to reduce complexity and cost in database environments through analysis and implementation of database consolidation and rationalization. Experience in automating tasks using Ansible, OEM or other tools. Strong background in OCI and Observability tools. Knowledge of shell scripting. Excellent leadership skills. Certifications in Oracle ExACC / Oracle DB Architecture will be a big plus.
