Designation: Service Delivery Manager with Salesforce Commerce Cloud Exp Location: Denver, CO Duration: Long Term Job Description: Technical Service Delivery Manager with a strong background in Salesforce Commerce Cloud, SFRA implementation, and Vue Storefront-based development. This role will initially focus on managing the service transition phase to integrate our services into operational use seamlessly Demonstrable Sales Force Commerce Cloud, SFRA, and Vue Storefront expertise. Solid understanding of SRE principles and their practical application. Proven ability to produce detailed service reports and deliver insights. Exceptional communication skills with the aptitude to engage with senior executives effectively. Strong leadership skills with a track record of minimal supervision management. Relevant certifications in Salesforce Commerce Cloud and SRE methodologies preferred. The candidate should be able to oversee and manage the delivery of services to meet customer expectations and business objectives. Should manage the end-to-end service delivery process, ensuring the platform's stability, availability, and performance Should have proven experience in service delivery or management, preferably in the eCommerce sector. (knowledge of SFCC or HCLC required) Should have experience managing 24x7 engagements.
