An early response is really appreciated Title : QA Automation engineer Location: Philadelphia, PA (Onsite) Duration: Long Term Networking Domain Must ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES Good knowledge in End-to-End QA process Experience in Smoke testing, Functional testing, Integration testing, Adhoc testing and Regression testing. Interaction with multiple stakeholders - Vendors, development teams, testing teams, and deployment teams etc Possess strong analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting abilities with quick adaptation to new technology, methodologies, and systems. Development of QA Automation scripts/process automation to verify various microservices. Must Have: QA Automation experience Expertise in REST API Automation Languages - Good Knowledge in Java (Java8 & its features must) Test Platforms/tools/Framework Good knowledge in Cucumber, Postman, Exposure to - Gradle/Maven, SpringBoot Data Models - Json, XML, YAML Networking domain knowledge Develop Test Cases for verification and validation of product functionality. Write and execute functional and regression test cases and test scripts for multiple projects to ensure the software follows specifications. Ability to analyze defects and provide root-cause analysis. Good analytical & debugging skills. Collaborate with developers to ensure the quality of solutions and continuous improvement. Continuously monitor, troubleshoot, and improve software tests and overall quality. Working knowledge in Agile methodology Backlog Grooming, Sprint Planning, PI Planning, Daily Scrum etc Tools GitHub, Jira, Ansible, Helm Concourse/Jenkins Good communication skills. PREFERRED SKILLS (OPTIONAL) Networking Domain Knowledge - Ethernet/IP, Subnetting, IP Routing, Gateway, Proxy, Firewall. Advanced Networking - VLAN, BGP-EVPN, OSPF, RIP, SDN, SD_WAN, VPC, Metro Ethernet Database - Cassandra, Mongo, MySQL, Redis Cloud Knowledge - OpenStack, AWS Services VPC, IAM, EC2, SQS, SNS, Kinesis, Lambda Docker VM, Containers, Kubernetes Linux OS & Shell scripting, SSH tools, TCP/IP communication, IP subnetting & Routing, DHCP, DNS, VLAN Looking forward to work with you !!
