Role: AWS Solution Architect

Location: New jersey,

Duration: Long term

Responsibilities:

1.            Solution Design: Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and design custom contact center solutions using AWS Connect.

2.            Technical Expertise: Demonstrate deep knowledge of AWS Connect and its integration with other AWS services, including Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, and others.

3.            Architecture Development: Develop detailed technical architecture diagrams and documentation for proposed solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and high availability.

4.            Configuration and Implementation: Configure and implement AWS Connect solutions, including call flows, routing strategies, and integration with CRM systems.

5.            Customization: Develop and implement custom features and functionalities within AWS Connect to meet specific client needs.

6.            Integration: Integrate AWS Connect with other relevant systems and services, such as chatbots, IVR systems, and data analytics tools.

7.            Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing of contact center solutions to ensure functionality, performance, and security.

8.            Training and Support: Provide training to clients and support teams on AWS Connect best practices, troubleshooting, and maintenance.

9.            Security and Compliance: Ensure that AWS Connect solutions meet industry-specific security and compliance standards.

10.          Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize AWS Connect solutions to improve performance and cost-efficiency.

11.          Documentation: Maintain clear and organized documentation for implemented solutions.

Qualifications:

1.            Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology).

2.            AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate or higher certification is preferred.

3.            Proven experience in designing and implementing contact center solutions, with a focus on AWS Connect.

4.            Strong understanding of AWS services and cloud architecture.

5.            Excellent communication and presentation skills to interact with clients and internal teams.

6.            Problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.

7.            Knowledge of contact center best practices, including call routing, customer experience, and reporting.

8.            Familiarity with contact center software and CRM systems.

Key Skills:

1.            AWS Connect: Proficiency in configuring and customizing AWS Connect solutions.

2.            AWS Services: Strong knowledge of various AWS services and their integration with AWS Connect.

3.            Solution Design: Ability to design custom contact center solutions based on client requirements.

4.            Technical Documentation: Skills in creating detailed technical documentation and architecture diagrams.

5.            Problem Solving: Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for technical issues.

6.            Communication: Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with clients and internal teams.

7.            Security and Compliance: Understanding of security and compliance requirements for contact center solutions.

8.            Continuous Improvement: Willingness to stay updated with industry trends and continuously optimize AWS Connect solutions.
