Around 4+ years experience working on Salesforce Marketing Cloud as a Consultant or BA Knowledge of the overall SFMC suite and able to guide customers to the right solution Understanding of Salesforce Core Clouds and how they can be integrated with SFMC Worked closely with stakeholders & decision makers to gather requirements and work with end users Able to document technical specifications and design technical solutions from requirements Knowledge of AMPscript, HTML, CSS & JavaScript Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certificates: Email Specialist; Marketing Cloud Intelligence (Optional) Job Briefing: Stakeholder support to manage the backlog, groom stories, set up meetings to bring alignment and help move projects along, work closely with developers in an Agile environment, ensure documentation is updated.
