There is no opportunity for Off-shore resources for this Statement of Work. The Candidate work in a Hybrid location mode, where the Candidate will be remote for one week then will be onsite at the PTCs CAB or TIP buildings for two weeks. This hybrid rotation may continue for the duration of the engagement. o CAB 700 South Eisenhower Boulevard, Middletown, PA 17057 o TIP 2850 Turnpike Industrial Drive, Middletown, PA 17057 No additional compensation for any travel required, and rate is inclusive of any travel costs. Justification: With the implementation of the new UBOS solution, the PTC is implementing SAP Convergent Meditation based on SAP S/4HANA. Where Convergent Meditation is a purpose-built solution to integrate and process high volume transactions billing in SAP and processing by other non-SAP based business systems. The PTC is engaging a System Integrator (SI) to perform the implementation; however, the PTC has limited experience in the SAP Convergent Meditation functionality and technical details. This position requires a very experienced Convergent Mediation Expert. This position is to understand the PTCs needs and desires and work with the SI to implement a fully functional and reliable SAP Convergent Meditation module for end-to-end UBOS integrations. This position is responsible for the Functional and business process portion of the SAP Convergent Meditation integrations and to evaluate the overall integrations for UBOS implementation to ensure it handles the high-volume transactions with no lost transactions in the process. This position will end approximately at the end of the UBOS implementation project Description of Duties The selected Candidate will perform the following duties: Study and understand the PTCs current Billing and other related business functions, and technologies Study and understand the PTCs desired Billing and other related business functions technologies and objectives Using knowledge gained to coordinate changes and designs to the UBOS and the PTCs other technologies to assure the PTCs needs are met and including following the standards and policies Act as a subject matter expert and represent the PTC in meetings and reports with the UBOS SI team Act as a subject matter expert to raise concerns and possible issues to the PTC leadership with enough details for the PTC leadership to decide on how to proceed Develops and maintains plans and other documentation as required using PTC established standards, procedures, templates, and methodologies Review epics, features, user stories, design documents, test cases, and other project deliverables and artifacts in Azure DevOps and advise to the PTC staff on approvals for the same. Performs hands on design, development, configuration, and testing work in SAP CM as needed. Develops and maintains a productive working relationship with technology staff, business owners, project sponsors, vendors, and key business users. Hands on experience in cutover planning and providing guidance on ramp up and ramp down needed for cutover for high volume transactions from a legacy non- SAP based system. Mentor PTC Staff as needed so PTC integration team can develop SAP CM skills for long term use in house by learning and participating during the project and perform knowledge transfer prior to departing the project. Follows the tasks and other duties assigned by the PTC Desired Skillset The ideal candidate will have: 10+ years of implementation experience in SAP Convergent Mediation as an architect, or developer. Minimum of 2 end-to-end SAP BRIM implementation with hands on experience in solution components Convergent Mediation (CM), Convergent Invoicing (CI), and contract accounting (FICA). Implementing a high-volume tolling back-office system using SAP BRIM and SAP CM and integrating it using SAP CM to a CRM system and payment gateway is highly desired. Have a strong understanding of the integration of SAP Convergent Mediation with other external systems such as other SaaS platforms like CRM, payment gateways, or custom developed applications. Experience with building a solution to track and manage data for billing in SAP and other non SAP business systems. Familiarity with SAPs roadmap for Convergent Meditation to ensure the solution PTC is building meets SAPs roadmap and follows SAP best practices. Understanding of data enrichment needed for billing. Strong skills in database design, scripting, and experience in data migration, as well as error data handling. The ability to work with the business departments staff and determine priorities and schedules for the work to be performed The ability to work independently to accomplish the tasks and duties assigned The ability Utilizes various software and/or technology tools to perform job duties Proficiency in the Microsoft Office 365 suite of business software including Work, Excel, Visio, Project, and PowerPoint Experience in Agile, ITIL / ITSM practices and methodologies A willingness to perform other related duties as assigned Minimum Experience 7 years of implementation experience in SAP Convergent Meditation as an architect, developer, or development team lead. Equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be accepted. Certifications / Education Bachelors degree in business management or information systems.
