Functional Coordination for new requirements gathering and providing the solution consultant to achieve the business needs. Creating Requirements & Functional design documents with Architecture Diagrams for internal & external API integration with other systems. Advising the functional and technical solutions on following modules T&A Pay policy, Accruals & Activitys setup, Payroll, Clocks and Other integrations testing coordination. Ongoing tasks and project deliverables for Support and Development were project coordinated and managed for Kronos offshore. WDM, WIM troubleshooting; SDM & infrastructure-related tasks. Determine where the team's resources are lacking and plan the orientation to strengthen the core group. Educate, inspire, and manage Team to maximize workplace productivity and foster professional development. Assigning right people in correct engagements. Monitoring their performance and interaction with them to improve certain areas need to focus more on project related activities. Interaction covers the day-to-day exchanges.
