In this role, you will be responsible for providing functional expertise in Oracle Cloud General Ledger module and supporting finance and accounting teams in maximizing the benefits of the Oracle Cloud platform. The client is looking for someone with hands-on experience in Primary and Secondary Ledgers, Reporting Ledgers, Translations, Revaluations, Consolidation, building General Ledger integrations with external systems, and assisting with Reporting. Key Responsibilities: Oracle Cloud GL Expertise: Serve as the subject matter expert for the Oracle Cloud General Ledger module, including configuration, setup, and ongoing support. Functional Support: Provide functional support to finance and accounting teams, assisting with the setup of chart of accounts, ledgers, and related financial structures. Business Process Improvement: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and identify opportunities to enhance financial processes and reporting. User Training: Conduct user training and workshops to ensure efficient use of Oracle Cloud General Ledger features and functionality. Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to General Ledger processes and configurations, working closely with technical teams when necessary. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of Oracle Cloud General Ledger configurations, setups, and changes.
