Senior candidate - At least 12+ years in IT industry. Experience in role Project Management + Scrum Master. Prior roles as business analyst and then graduated to PM+SM would be ok. 1. Budget forecasting, reporting is a must 2. Schedule/Timeline forecasting is a must 3. Executive reporting to leadership is a must 4. Scrum tool - Azure DevOps experience is a requirement - for reporting out scrum related metrics. 5. Investment banking experience - Experience in trading/rebalancing. capital markets execution or capital markets accounting is a requirement. Experience with Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe Experience understanding technical issues at a high level Experience using Agile/Project Management Tools Azure Dev Ops/JIRA experience Required Education: At least a bachelors degree( or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics engineering, Information Systems or closely related field is required.
