Job Role: Lead Product Manager Analytics Location: Parsippany, NJ (Hybrid) Duration: 6 Months+ Mode Of Interview - Phone/Skype Note - Need LinkedIn Job Description:- Domain: Supply Chain, Retail, Ecommerce, Logistics This is a Hybrid Work Model (2x a week Onsite) and Location is Parsippany, NJ. Contract to Hire- Must release candidate without no extra cost Lead Product Manager Analytics The Lead Product Manager will be part of a team that is responsible for leading product initiatives in NextGen Architecture of Tomorrow that spans across Quoting-Billing workspace in modernizing new Rate Structures and Modifiers that would help customer and balance load across network and be cost effective for both parties as well. Analytics group will be helpnig aid the Business Owners/Marketing-Sales in identifying Customers to onboard to New Rate Structures and also to entice Customers to ship more leveraging Modifiers (Discounts) on our off-days. Lead Product Manager will work with Business and Analytics Team to establish the ask out of the Analytics team. Lead Product Manager is one who has good Data Analytics background to be able to understand the Data Observations from Scrum Team to Business Owners to translate those into requirements for successful Responsibilities Develop and maintain the strategic vision for the product including working with stakeholders on their vision and priorities. Synthesizes customer needs into strategies, requirements, roadmaps and OKRs. Excellent Understanding of Data Analytics approaches. Ability to rationalize Data gaps and build capabilities to fill those gaps. Ability to provide Data backed recommendations to Business to increase revenue opportunities. Ability to work with Data Tools to propose recommendations to Business. Maintain & prioritize TFS/ADO Epics-Features and ensure any new feature is prioritized against existing backlog. Required Skills:- Experience with Data Analytics, Visualization platform, tools and with working knowledge of Google Cloud Platform. 8+ experience in building product strategies/roadmaps Experience as a SAFe Product Manager is a must Experience in transportation/logistics/supply chain industry is a plus Outstanding organizational, communication, interpersonal, relationship-building skills conducive to collaboration at all levels Bachelor's degree in computer science or IT related field Mandatory Certifications : SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM).
