| From: Sushmita Soni, Sonitalent [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Hi Hope you are doing well , We are looking for Cloud Web Software Developer/Level II/Level III please let me know if you are looking for this role and send me your updated resume also Job Title Cloud Web Software Developer/Level II/Level III Location Suitland, MD 2 week onsite role then Remote Cloud Web Software Development Positions We need qualified candidates that will fill two Web Software Development positions One mid-level (min 5 years experience) One senior level (min 8 years experience) Both the mid-level and senior level positions have the following requirements: Customer located in Suitland, MD, however this position is 100% remote after 1-2 weeks of becoming familiar with the staff in person Initial days in office for first 1-2 weeks consist usually of Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday Top Secret with SCI eligibility Candidate will join a team that maintains systems for a Uniformed Service. The work will consist of O&M and integration work; some support for "special projects" development. However, the majority of tasking will be for ticket/Change Request support in order to enhance the system and fix bugs. Mid- Level Position: Cloud Web Software Developer/Level II Minimum / General Experience: Five (5) years of hands-on experience with software development and service/component/object-oriented technologies. Requires an understanding in all phases of the life cycle, systems analysis techniques, concepts and methods. Must also understand software development process and application of tools. Requires Active Top Secret (TS) Clearance. Active Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) and CompTIA Security Plus (Security+) certification required but can be obtained shortly after hire. Successful SCI adjudication and Security+ certification is required to retain employment for this position. Functional Responsibility: Functional in multiple, object-oriented programming languages (ex: Java, C#, Python, Ruby, C++), user interface / user experience (UI/UX) frameworks (e.g., HTML5, XML, XHTML, DHTML, CSS, JavaScript, Ajax, Node.JS, React JS), distributed technology frameworks (ex: J2EE, .NET, Docker, Kubernetes) and databases (ex: Postgres, Oracle, IBM DB2). Familiarity with cloud-computing environments (e.g., Amazon AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Compute Cloud) is a plus. Minimum Education: Associates Degree or higher in a Technical Discipline (or Equivalent) related field with minimum five years relevant experience. Senior Level Position Cloud Web Software Developer/Level III Minimum / General Experience: Eight (8) years of hands-on experience with software development and service/component/object-oriented technologies. Requires an understanding in all phases of the life cycle, systems analysis techniques, concepts and methods. Must also understand software development process and application of tools. The system leverages a lot of JavaScript (JS) and React in particular, so having an O&M developer experienced in these technologies and web-based user interface / user experience (UI/UX) technologies is extremely useful. This would be a most desirable trait for a candidate. Database experience Preferred - experience developing against multiple databases, which is important given our reliance on the Postgres database. Cloud experience Preferred - experience with multiple cloud technologies within the AWS environment, including EC2, S3, SQS and RDS all relevant to this customer.
