Long term Logistics: -location/on site requirements: open to Richmond, McLean, Chicago or NYC. Must do hybrid. Truly no preference for which people center they sit. -rate flex: there is a bit of flex, not much. For more expensive people centers they can go up a bit (within reason). -extension/conversion potential: yes both extension and conversion are very possible. This is a multiyear effort. -Furlough: these people will likely adhere to the Xmas furlough. Project Details: This is the Card Core organization. They are in the process of a modernization effort. Really re-thinking how platforms across Card access information. They empower Empath, IVR, etc. They basically power the Card ecosystem. This modernization started a few years ago and have a few years left on the roadmap also. What is the Role: Looking for a Product Manager who can partner closely with tech teams. Really looking for people from the Platform/back end/data stores side (team is focused heavily on API builds). They have had the most success hiring people with a strong technical background. This person will be responsible for the execution of their tech teams but will also be involved in some strategy meetings. Tech is helping to drive most of the agile ceremonies, but this person will be very involved in them. The team has done a ton of research for what their future state needs to look like, but it is constantly evolving so this person will get to be a part of that discovery process. Years of Exp: around 3 years of Product is ideal. Previous Cap One: always nice but they have seen great people from all over. Interview Process: try to do 1 round if they can get a panel together but likely 2 rounds. Keywords: information technology golang |
