Role : Senior Product Manager Location : Ashburn, VA (Day one Onsite) Job Description: The Product Manager will support the EVP, Product Management in defining and executing corporate product vision. Work with business, sales, and technology teams to help define our product vision and bring it to life. Successful PMs must be passionate about their role and driven to make a difference. Need to take deep knowledge of product, client needs, and the industry. Skills & Experience 10+ years of overall experience in business analysis A proven ability to develop detailed user requirements, using different methodologies to gather inputs from a varied user community. Experience with Agile and SCRUM approach to software development Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills. Ability to present to and convince C-level executives and customers. Analytical skills to research, summarize, and organize user business requirements. Proven experience effectively prioritizing workload to meet deadlines and work objectives. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships. Experience with JIRA or similar tools Strong knowledge of Microsoft Applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Occasional travel to on-site meetings, conferences, client events, etc. Experience in Product Management, Business Analysis or Product Development preferred.
