Position Summary/Job Description: Strong technical and interpersonal skills to lead and be accountable for business delivery requirements Assist the Team Leader in providing day to day development leadership to the team. o Help set overall design direction for how major features need to be delivered. o Lead the overall delivery of code to meet proper security and code quality standards. o Assist in strategically assigning work to help meet business timelines and provide opportunities to developers to strengthen their skills. o Mentor developers in collaboration sessions during sprint delivery. Lead team in sprint grooming sessions Help in leading the continual improvement in team processes. Be an individual contributor to team capacity/code development.
