| Job Role: Causal AI Developer Location : Dallas TX (Onsite) Experience : 6+ Years Job Description 1. Collaborate closely with customer stakeholders to understand their requirements, goals, and expectations for Causal AI solutions. 2. Design, develop, and implement Causal AI architectures, models, and solutions that meet customer needs and align with industry best practices. 3. Work cross-functionally with other teams, including data engineers, software developers, and project managers, to ensure the successful delivery of end-to-end AI projects. 4. Lead the decision-making process for technical and architectural choices, ensuring that solutions are scalable, maintainable, and cost-effective. 5. Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex AI concepts into clear, understandable language. 6. Provide expert guidance and advice as a consultant to help customers maximize the value of their Causal AI investments. 7. Monitor and evaluate the performance of Causal AI models, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to optimize solutions. 8. Stay current with the latest advancements in Causal AI, machine learning, and related technologies, and incorporate new ideas and techniques into the team's work. 9. Mentor and guide junior team members in adopting Causal AI technologies and best practices. Required Skills: 1. Experience in a customer-facing role or in a role requiring close collaboration with clients. 2. Familiarity with Data bricks, ML Flow, Driver H20, and Azure cloud ecosystem. 3. Strong expertise in Causal AI techniques, such as DAGs, Bayesian Networks, and interventions/counterfactuals. 4. Proficiency in popular AI/ML frameworks and libraries, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, SHAP, causalnex, showwhy/causicia, and scikit-learn. 5. Experience in designing, developing, and implementing end-to-end AI solutions for real-world applications. 6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders. 7. Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on pragmatic and efficient solutions. 8. Experience in consulting, with a proven track record of providing actionable advice and guidance to customers. 9. A master's degree or higher in statistics, mathematics, or a related field.
