| Role: AI/ML Analyst - Conversational AI Location: Remote / Hybrid in Seattle, WA Experience: 8+ years Client: IOPEX Technologies / Cisco Visa: Any Independent candidates Duration: Long-term contract Summary: We seek a highly motivated and analytical IT Analyst to join our team to build robust Conversational AI Systems. As an IT Analyst, you will be responsible for interacting with Business leaders to understand the User Experience, Guard Rails, Dialog Flow and Integration requirements to build an efficient Conversational AI System. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Communicate with key business stakeholders to understand the goals and the requirements of the conversational AI systems Requirements Elicitation and Approval - Document the business goals, acceptance criteria, user experience, guard rails to be applied, risks and integration requirements. Design and document technical specifications, integration requirements, prerequisites and dependencies Agile Development following the design and coding guidelines Troubleshoot and fix production issues.
