(about 1 mile from the main campus). The interview process will be 2 rounds Top Job Responsibilities: Monitor/troubleshoot backups Monitor server availability Maintain adequate storage on servers Top Qualifications: Experience supporting Windows Server Knowledge of Microsoft System Center ecosystem (SCCM) Knowledge of VMWare Job Responsibilities: Complete configuration, installation, and support of equipment to meet the specifications of the business. Maintain software applications and operating systems through regular maintenance activities. Create and maintain comprehensive configuration and support documentation. Manage assigned projects and program components to deliver services in accordance with established objectives. Supervise the administration of systems and servers to ensure the availability of services to authorized users. Maintain multi-site network operations, software applications, and operating systems through regular maintenance. Troubleshoot malfunctions of hardware, software applications, and security systems to resolve operational issues and restore services. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering, or a related field is required. 8-10 years of relevant experience is required. Broad knowledge of IT Systems engineering. Experience with system capacity planning and functional configuration. Proficient in system audit processes. Hands-on experience with system planning and capacity tools and analyses. Skills and Competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure and systems. Proven experience in system capacity planning and functional configuration. Detail-oriented with a focus on documentation.
