Individual will be responsible for both coding and analysis. Any BA skills are a plus but are not primary. Candidate needs to be able to work on projects full lifecycles and with users, technical team, local and state IT resources and diverse transportation ITS devices. There are technical on-call responsibilities rotated among the team members. Candidate must have good business aptitude and excellent problem-solving skills.
