Perform analysis of any new requirements/change requests to the solution from a functional standpoint. Prepare functional specification based on the new requirements. Collaborate with multiple teams, like other SAP Insurance modules, to define and understand the requirements and then explain the system solution. Work with multi-functional/technical teams to prioritize the work and then drive system solutions by clearly articulating business needs and co-ordinate with teams to get development moving. Provide leadership, training, coaching, and guidance to junior staff. Prepare reports and presentations for clients / internal management for project tracking and updates.
