Salesforce Sales Cloud Admin

Location: Cupertino, CA Day 1 onsite Hybrid

Duration: Long Term Contract

Roles and Responsibilities

Salesforce Admins form the technical foundation of our delivery teams. They are primarily responsible for completing tasks that require Administrative skills such as troubleshooting, enhancements, support as well as new configurations. Our openings provide an excellent opportunity for those looking to get into the cloud computing space to participate on one of our many innovative cloud adoption projects at high-profile clients.

Responsibilities:
Troubleshooting and enhancing existing logic in SFDC
Providing declarative code for project-related deliverables.
Handling all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows and other routine tasks
Completing regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades
Managing Salesforce data feeds and other integrations
Coordinating the evaluation, scope and completion of new development requests.
Assisting in training of new users, and grow the Salesforce.com skill set across the organization
Effectively act as the liaison between our users, vendors and the application development teams
Work independently with members of the user community to define and document development requirements
Doing configuration with a high degree of efficiency and quality
Interaction with application development teams and customer-facing resources

Education and Requirement:

5+ years of Strong experience in Sales cloud and knowledge of Enterprise channel & End customer sales.
Excellent knowledge of and shown proven expertise with Salesforce administration with focus on Sales Cloud
Salesforce certified administrator or Salesforce advanced administrator certification
Extensive experience in the administration and maintenance of Salesforce systems
Experience in performing Salesforce upgrades and ensuring successful integration
Experience in creating and maintaining Salesforce databases
Proficiency in creating Salesforce profiles, allocating roles, and managing access
Knowledge of development tools and processes that will aid in formulating use cases and designing project requirements
Ability to apply critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced atmosphere while managing various requests is needed
Coordinate with business stakeholders to identify business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions
Create configurable solutions that comprise workflows, reports, custom objects, and validation rules
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build sustainable applications
An analytical problem solver who knows and employs all declarative automation and Salesforce ecosystem features
Excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities, as well as the ability to communicate successfully with both technical and non-technical customers
Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, management information systems, or a closely related discipline is required
Ability to grasp the requirements and translate/present those demands into a compelling vision and roadmap
Knowledge of Scrum, Agile, SAFe, DevOps, and technology such as Jira and Confluence
This is an Onsite role and require a travel of 3 days initially to office, which may get extend to 5 days/week
