Position:Production/Application Support Engineer, No H1B Location:Dallas, TX 75204 (On-site 3 days a week) Duration: Multi Year MOI: Phone and Video Day-to-Day Production Support Engineer/Analyst to join one of our largest financial clients and sit hybrid on-site in Dallas. This person will be joining the Asset Management Division and be a part of the Middle Office Technology team. They will be reading, investigating, and performing code transformations within java applications as well as Database support. It will be important to then manage the escalation of the issue to other development teams and own until the product is re-launched. Must Haves: 7+ years of experience with production support Ability to read/understand/investigate/fix/debug Java code Previous working experience in a Linux/Unix environment Financial industry experience to understand the organizational structure of support escalation Plusses Asset Management product/application support experience Any UI Development language experience/understanding |
