This role involves technical design and programming activities, focusing on creating and testing high-quality Cram customizations. Responsibilities include developing technical designs for Cram extensions, configurations, and interfaces, and working collaboratively with other developers and business analysts. Language skills (must have): English Native or bilingual proficiency Experience required: - **Skills & Role Requirements:** - ** Experience & Expertise: **5-7 years of extensive experience in Java-IBM Cram environment, including leadership roles. Expertise in Cram rules development is advantageous. Proficient in DB2, SQL, and J2EE architecture. Experience with n-tier web-based applications, Unix, Shell Scripting, Ant script, JavaScript, XML/XSD. Familiarity with source code management tools such as Subversion or Git. - **System Integration & Design: **Knowledge of Web Service, EJB, Messaging, and other system integration technologies. Experience in enterprise environments with large-scale, complex systems. **Development & Problem Solving: **Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Software Design and Development. Ability to mentor programmers in quality design and coding standards. Creative problem-solving skills and ability to find alternative solutions. Involvement in the full software development life cycle. **Communication & Collaboration: **Excellent communication skills. Collaborative approach, working effectively with the broader development team. Responsibility for maintaining existing applications and continuous skill improvement.
