| From: Sumbul, keyinfotek [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Title: SAP CPI (PI/PO) Developer Location: REMOTE Duration: 12 months + Summary: The SAP PI/PO (Process Integration / Process Orchestration) developer is responsible for supporting, designing, and delivering interfaces between SAP and Non-SAP systems that combine functional business processes with technical message based integration development tools. The PI/PO Developer understands overall SAP enterprise system landscape and can perceive functional requirements between SAP components within the core ERP solution as well as integrate to external applications. The PI/PO developer is involved in all phases of the life cycle implementation, including blueprinting, mapping, prototype, design, configuration, testing, go-live, user training and post production support. They will work closely with SAP Functional Teams (ECC, EWM, C4C, IBP, Concur and Success Factors) in North America and Europe as well as internal and external customers. The complexity of interfaces may vary; however, they must scale and be highly reliable for complex enterprise system environments. Job Duties & Responsibilities: Maintaining a sound SAP PI/PO and SAP CPI production environment. Ensure SAP Best Practice are used in interface and software development. Design, build, support, and monitor SAP interfaces; develop and maintain data mappings, JAVA mappings, XSLT mappings, EDI and XML communications, PI Proxies, interface definitions, and XSDs. Configure File, FTP, SFTP HTTP/HTTPs, PROXY, IDOC, SOAP, SQL adapters, ALE, HCI-DS, B2B Add-on and IDOC with SAP PI/PO. Convert ANSI X12 and EDIFACT to EDI documents to the needed format using various translators within SAP PO/PI. Perform root cause analysis and provide solutions for production and development issues. Message monitoring to ensure solutions are performed as expected. Document test plans and complete unit testing of developed objects. Participate in collaboration on break/fixes, enhancements, and projects. Review functional requirements and develop corresponding technical specifications. Providing daily operational production support and 247 callout support. Stay up to date on SAP Integration advancements and make recommendations regarding improvements to processes and procedures. Close collaboration with the Business SME's, SAP Development, Basis, and Functional teams. Provide 247 application support in Severity 1 situations. Document all Severity situation and resolve for future reference. Perform other duties as assigned. Minimum Education: Bachelors degree in computer science or technical related discipline Minimum Qualifications : 5+ years of hands-on SAP PI/PO development and integration experience. 3+ years of EDI translation experience with PO, ASN, and Invoice integration with SAP. 3+ years of ALE/IDOC experience working with standard, extended, and custom iDocs. 3+ years of experience with SAP PI Adapters for IDOC, File, SFTP, HTTP, SOAP, and Proxy. 3+ years of experience with HTML/XML/WSDL/XSD, JSON, BADI, BAPI. 2+ years of hands-on Java development and integration. 1+ year of experience with SAP NetWeaver Developer Studio 7.3 or higher. 1+ year of experience with SAP CPI 1+ year of experience with Eclipse 4.7.3A or higher Strong Analytical and relationship building skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong positive problem-solving skills. Develop robust monitoring and exception handling processes. Limited travel domestically and internationally as required. Preferred Qualifications : Demonstrable functional knowledge of SAP modules MM, SD, FI, LE, and eWM. Experience with PI 7.40 or higher/ESR/ID/SLD/Adapter Engine. Experience with CPI Build Number 2.49.12 Experience with Web technologies (XML, REST, HTTP, HTTPS, Web Services and Certificate ). Proven ability to use secure methods such as SFTP / PGP / Encryption. Programming expertise in Java design, development, testing and scripting. Demonstrable competence with SAP Graphical Mapping Demonstrable competence with SAP NWA to trace and log errors. Ability to exercise independent judgment and critical thinking. SQL experience and knowledge of stored procedures. License(s)/Certifications: SAP Process Integration (Desirable) SAP Process Orchestration (Desirable) Knowledge, Skill and Abilities: Ability to present technical information effectively to technical and business users.
