Please find the job description below , and if you are interested , please forward your resume with your details for immediate consideration Data Manager Atlanta or Charlotte, NC (they are ok to start remotely) C2c 1 Work Location/Client Location Atlanta or Charlotte, NC (they are ok to start remotely) Hiring Mode (TP/FTE/Both) TP Client interview required for selection (Yes/No) Yes Job Title/Role Data Manager No. of Positions 2 Experience Level Required 10+ years Mandatory Required Skills 10+ years of data management experience and Proficiency in the ETL and data warehousing space, containerized DB2 Responsible for building end-to-end ETL processes for a variety of structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data sources using a range of tools including some ETL tools (Informatica IICS) and open-source programming (python) to ingest into a Data Lake environment Advanced technical experience to include working with Data Analytics tools to pull data from different sources (i.e.: ETL tools, ETL programming) Attend Daily Stand-up, Sprint Planning & Retrospective meetings Deliver increased productivity and effectiveness through rapid delivery of high-quality applications. Manage team members and provide effective guidance. Responsible for managing and motivating team members (External Labor) daily. Managing the day-to-day activities of the team Developing and implementing a timeline to achieve targets. Provide work estimates and communicate status of assignments. Ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration. Assist in the design, development, and unit test new or existing ETL/Data Integration solutions to meet business requirements. Provide expert advice and leadership on standards and methodologies of application design and functionality Participate in troubleshooting and resolving data integration issues such as data quality. Participate in Code reviews and assist in QA efforts . Ability to clearly communicate status of assignments and issues to the team and project leadership. Prepare status reports and present to management.
