Role: Chatbot Developer Location : New York, NY 10003 (Hybrid) Duration : Long Term Contract We are currently seeking a Software developer with strong communications skills, to work with our existing IT delivery team to design, develop, test, and implement key functional enhancements based on business requirements from our product owners. The ideal candidate has strong communication and problem-solving skills, can help foster relationships, facilitate, and coordinate standard project operations and support and drive excellence. The ideal candidate will have experience developing on the Microsoft Bot Framework and LUIS. Experience with chatbot creation is a plus. The successful candidate will have the ability to integrate with REST APIs to deliver business capabilities that reduce calls to the call center by offering more digital self-service options. The candidate will work with the team to reduce calls to the call center by offering more digital self-service options. Skills & Requirements - Experience with .NET framework - Experience with .NET core - Experience with Web API Development (Azure) - Experience with React or Angular Framework - Ability to integrate with 3rd Party REST APIs - Experience with Microsoft Language Understanding (LUIS) or other language services - Experience with .Net, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/jQuery - Experience with Azure (Key Vault, App configuration, Cosmos DB, SQL, Bot Channel, Application Insights, Telemetry) - Experience with Azure CI/CD for .net applications - Experience with Language Services - Self-motivated with ability to manage and meet multiple deadlines without frequent supervision - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment.
